Modify DB. Add message handler. Deal with Add Quest/Side QUest.

Changed DB to not mark other fields as NOT NULL. Changed Side-Quest(s)
to Side Quests in start. add add_quest method that deals with "Add
Quests" and "Add Side Quests" messages.
